Czech Technical University in Prague

The Czech Technical University in Prague was founded in 1707 and is one of the oldest technical universities in Central Europe. It has approximately 23,000 students and is located in Prague 6, just north-west of the old town and Prague Castle.

Prague is the capital and largest city of the Czech Republic. The extensive historic centre of Prague is a listed UNESCO world heritage site. It is the fifth most visited European city with many attractions such as the Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, the astronomical clock, the Jewish Quarter, Vyšehrad and Petřín hill.
