Lemur is a Norwegian all star quartet consisting of composers and improvisers. The four instrumentalists combine their work from classic composition, noise, chamber music and free jazz making a highly focussed and unique blend of contemporary sound and intensity.

Members of the group have worked with artists such as Enslaved, John Tilbury, Asparagus Piss Raindrop, Wolf Eyes, Fred Frith, Mattin, Tony Conrad, Maja Ratkje and together they have composed for the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra
