Glasgow Housing Association

GHA was formed to own and manage former local authority houses transferred from Glasgow City Council in March 2003.

We aim to transform living conditions and neighbourhoods, helping to improve the quality of life for all our tenants and factored homeowners.

We are managed by a voluntary Board that consists of six tenants (one of whom is Chair), four council nominees and four independent members. The Chief Executive is a co-optee to the Board.

Although we are the landlord and own the housing stock, our Local Housing Organisations (LHOs) are responsible for delivering housing services on our behalf.
