The journal Public Law has decided to inaugurate an annual public lecture. The first such lecture will be delivered later this month at the University of Glasgow . The speaker is Professor Kim Lane Scheppele, Director of the Law and Public Affairs Program at Princeton. To view Professor Scheppele's website click here.

Her topic is "Global Security Law and the Challenge to Constitutionalism". Professor Scheppele is one of the leading constitutional lawyers of the world. The lecture will take place in the newly refurbished Senate Rooms, Gilbert Scott Building, University of Glasgow on the 18th February 2010 at 5.30pm.
