Welcome to the Centre for Reputation Management through People

The Centre for Reputation Management through People (CRMP) at the University of Glasgow was established in 2005 to help organizations create a virtuous circle linking highly engaged and talented people and the work of creative human resources with enhanced external and internal reputations and superior organizational performance.

Our core value proposition is to help organisations improve their performance by:

  • Working with them to measure and manage their external and internal employer reputations and brands more effectively
  • Working with them to develop more effective measures of employee engagement and organizational cultures
  • Providing them with the latest thinking and techniques in human resource management and organizational change to align people and the strategic management of their reputations, customer and employer brands, especially in knowledge-based organizations
  • Helping HR functions develop capacity in this critical area
