This post as Business and Marketing Manager for the University of Glasgow Sleep Centre started in October 2007.   Ms McClelland supports the Director in the marketing, procurement and delivery of Glasgow Sleep Centre contracts and is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of administrative systems and processes which will fully support the Glasgow Sleep Centre staff.   

Ms McClelland’s previous post as Section Administrator for the Section of Psychological Medicine for 10 years gave her extensive and varied experience of working and liaising with academics, NHS colleagues, patients, journalists and many high profile organisations.

Prior to this post she worked within the NHS for 7 years, 4 of which were spent within the Community Health Care NHS Trust Learning Disabilities Services/Consultant and Clinical Psychology Services in Ayrshire and latterly with Ayrshire and Arran Health Board as Personal Assistant to the Directorate of Service Development.
