Simon Kyle
Mr Kyle read Psychology at the University of Glasgow and graduated MA (1st Class Honours) in 2006. Post-graduation he worked in the Physically Disabled Rehabilitation Unit at the Southern General Hospital as an Assistant Psychologist. He is currently working towards a PhD under the supervision of Prof. Colin Espie, funded by the NHS Primary Care Trust. His research is aimed at investigating the relationship between sleep and quality of life in individuals with insomnia. Additional research interests include poor sleep and neuro-cognitive functioning, novel treatments for Insomnia, and the role of sleep in the aetiology and maintenance of psychiatric disorders.
