We left the south of Glasgow at 06:13 and arrived at Mallaig at 09:40. There is car parking all round the east bay. Nearest public toilet is at Mallaig railway station. We launched at 10:20 in Mallaig harbour at NM677968, down a very slippy concrete ramp.

sea kayakers dripping salt water all over the floor didn't raise ane eyebrow...
but
then neither did two of the locals who arrived dripping blood from long knives.
We were made very welcome and the pint of Gunness was superb.
