I do not normally like organised, laid out MTB tracks but this is superb. Congratulations to the 7stanes team!
Route
profile, 527m ascent/descent..
The
beech woods to the east of Gallowleck plantation
The
slab, east of Moyle Hill. I most certainly did not go down this, 60 foot, 45
degree slab in the damp! Also it would have been a shame to miss out on the
superb red "chicken run".
South
of Smithland Hill. Although I tanked this in the dry, I ate serious dirt here in
the wet. I went over the handlebars on the last slab and landed on my head, bust
my Oakleys and wrote off my Giro, but my head survived. So I can say I have
thoroughly tested and therefore endorse Giro helmets!
Below
the Terrible Twins (more slabs).
