Semiconductor Device Modelling
The Semiconductor Device Modelling Group develops and integrates leading edge theory, models and advanced drift diffusion (DD), Monte Carlo (MC) and quantum transport (QT) simulation tools and applies them to the study and design of advanced nanoelectronic structures and devices.
