Background

Javier Andrés is based at the Universitat de València where he was appointed to the position of Professor of Economics in 1991.  He is a member of the Observatorio del Banco Central Europeo.

Research interests

Macroeconomics, particularly business cycles, macroeconomic dynamic general equilibrium modelling, and monetary and fiscal policies in dynamic general equilibrium models.
