Information Sessions are designed for those who have received an offer of a place on one of our degree programmes. If you have received an offer and would like to attend please book you place by following the instructions on your invitation.
These sessions are informal events during which you will be able to meet staff and students, and visit departmental facilities. Applicants may bring up to 2 guests.
We know that making a choice that is right for you can be difficult and that talking to staff and students during these sessions help applicants make informed decisions.
Information Sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, 9 December 2009, Saturday, 16 January 2010, Monday, 1 February 2010, Tuesday, 9 February 2010, Saturday, 13 February 2010, Wednesday, 17 February 2010, Saturday, 27 February 2010, Tuesday, 9 March 2010, Saturday, 13 March 2010 and Saturday, 13 March 2010. .
Refreshments will be available on weekdays from 5.30pm with presentations and visits to our facilities commencing at 6.00pm. On Saturdays we offer a similar programme commencing at 10.00am. In either case your visit is likely to last around 1-1.5 hours. Our students can also provide an optional tour of the Campus (see below).

Information session are open only to those applicants who have received
an offer from the university.

Campus Tour of the University
These optional tours are scheduled on the day of your visit for 4.30pm
prompt on weekdays or 11.30am on Saturdays; and must be booked ahead of
your visit.
Those booked on the weekday tour should meet the guides in the foyer of Computing Science, Sir Alwyn Williams Building, 18 Lilybank Gardens at 4.30.

The University also provides a more general Applicants’ Visit Day on Tuesday 30 March when the full range of University departments and facilities, including accommodation, will be open.
