Education
The Division is committed to providing high-quality educational opportunities for the undergraduate and postgraduate students who will become our future clinicians and biomedical researchers. Several staff have key roles in the undergraduate medical curriculum; the Division runs modules in Cancer Studies and in Mechanisms of Disease, for medical students taking an intercalated science degree; and several staff teach to students in other Faculties. We have upwards of 90 postgraduate research students and we are beginning to develop a portfolio of postgraduate-taught programmes, with the MRes Molecular Medicine and the MSc (Clin Sci) in Surgical Oncology commencing in September 2007.
