Social Sciences

The Social Sciences include a number of academic disciplines, the focus of which is the study of the human aspects of the world.

Within the Certificate of Higher Education in Social Sciences there are currently courses available in psychology, philosophy and education.

This certificate can be completed over 2 years or more by taking courses in philosophy, psychology and education. To complete the certificate (120 credits) you must gain a minimum of 60 credits in at least two Social Science subjects, with the remaining 60 credits from courses in any subject of your own choice.
