This course will focus on managing creativity at individual, group and organizational level, and evaluating the role of creative management and development in increasing competitive advantage of organizations. The course will also explore the complexity of the creative process and the competencies of a creative manager.

Essay (demonstrating students' understanding of the key concepts and theoretical models and their practical application) 2,500 words, with 100% continuous based assessment.
