Where possible, please use the IT Help Desk Self Service or Web Form
to report an IT fault/incident or make an IT service/change request.
Self Service - create your own support call immediately; check the status of your request at any time.

CRB Teaching Facilities
All the University of Glasgow IT support teams, including Computing Service, AV-IT, MIS and Library as well as College IT Service, use the same integrated system for recording support requests, so that they can redirect the call to another team if necessary.
School of Interdisciplinary Studies
