CPD and training

A series of seminars will be delivered to the academic community to provide them with a better understanding of KT and research commercialisation.  It is expected that the following subjects will be addressed:

• IP protection
• Understanding legal agreements
• Working to industry standards
• Identifying commercial opportunities in your research
• Evaluation of commercial opportunities
• Business planning and marketing
• Networking
• Consultancy

These sessions will be delivered through a combination of external providers, internal best practice and through peer-to-peer training.
