Do you want to--run faster than a speeding bullet? Jump higher than a mexican flea? Jump further than the English channel? Or throw further than a flying cow's dung? - YES?- then you're mental.

If you want to join a fun and friendly club with plenty of activities both athletic and social then we are the club for you. If you're thinking that  you're not fit enough for our club then don't be put off. We're not an elitist club and all are welcome, whether you can run the hundred in 9.5 or can down a pint in 8, we don't mind. Our club is as much about having a good time as it is about serious athletes.
During term 1 we have casual matches against other Scottish universities which by tradition result in a lengthy 'cool down' in the pub. Term 2 offers the chance to compete in the Scottish universities and British universities championships,  the latter being one of the best meetings competition-wise that you will get in the UK (as well as being a sweet wee holiday away).
What's that I hear you say, you don't want to run out in the cold, wet Scottish weather? That's the cool bit. In the winter we train and compete in the Kelvin hall, one of only 3 indoor tracks in the UK where it's nice and warm while in the Summer we can train outside in the sun.
What more do you want in a club? Free beer? That's asking too much, so come along to one of our training days and meet everyone. See you on the track.
If you really want to see for yourself what we are all about, come see us at the sports fair on the 14th and 15th of September,
or drop in on the taster session on friday the 16th, 3-5pm. Normal training resumes on Wednesday 28th September 3pm.

Do you want to have what she's got? Not the gold medal, check the six pack!!!! If you prefer the beer variety, come along anyway and cheer us on.
