- The society shall be known as "Glasgow University Anarchic Roleplayers and Destructive Storytellers (G.U.A.R.D.S)
- G.U.A.R.D.S shall be open to anyone, especially those with an interest in the White Wolf© Storyteller sysyetms, or the World of Darkness
- G.U.A.R.D.S shall have a Committee comprising of five executive members. these shall be President, Secretary, Tresasurer, Games Convener and Social Convener.
- The President shall be known as "the Prince". The rest of the committee shall collectivly be known as "the Primogen" and individually as :
- Secretary- "Tremere Primogen"
- Treasurer- "Ventrue Primogen"
- Games Convener- "Brujah Primogen"
- Social Convener - "Toreador Primogen"
Members shall be known as Ancillae
- The above titles shall have no effect on any Vampiure games, and nor shall any Vampire games have any effect on the titles of the Committee members

- An E.G.M may be called either by a quarter of all registers Ancillae and one Primogen or the Prince unless the Comittee is Defunct. If the Committee has become Defunct, then a third of all registered Ancillae may call an E.G.M. This request must be made in writing and submitted a week in advance of the proposed meeting.
- An A.G.M or E.G.M shall be quorate if a third of all registered Ancillae are present.
- An A.G.M shall be called once a year, between weeks 2 and 4 of the first term (date to be determined by the Committee). The years accounts shall be presented, as hsall the minutes of the previous A.G.M. A new committee shall be elected. A Prince may not serve for more than two consecutive years.
- If a Prince or Primogen resigns or is not replaced at an A.G.M, they shall continue to serve unitl a replacement is found.
- The resignation of a Prince or Primogen shall require an E.G.M to be called.
