Correspondence
- Marie Curie have sent us details of their international song series.
- The QM will give us £50 for T-shirts, but would like their logo on the back.
- We received Freshers' Fayre info from the SRC. We are in the Kelvin Gallery this year. Times as usual
- We'll invite Sarah to the budget meeting, so that we can discuss the box office.
- The British Council grant of £900 has been paid directly into our account. There is still no word from Ankher,
so in absence of firm objection, we will book them into the youth hostel.
- Susan may be able to help with the Top Shop Grease costumes.
Freshers' Week
- Will the car be made by then and could we use it on the stall? We could get a giant Grease logo anyway. We do
still have the A1 society logo from the clubs and societies fayre. We'll give new members lollipops but for a
change let's not have any condoms this year. Gregor will write a Newsletter. We could give them Grease
songsheets as well as 2 posters and fliers for the show. We will ask someone with cast photos in digital format
to print as out one or two enlarged ones so that they're easier to see. Anne will make membership cards to give
to people when they join. Might we be able to get the show poster used as an ad in the QM Freshers' handbook?
- We will give Libby and Lorna the Makro cards.

- Mark wants to know if we would like a group booking for the Theatre Guild production of Anything Goes.
