Show
David asked about free adverts in exchange for large bookings. We’ll say yes. The secretary wished his dissent
to be noted. The Mitchell say we can have the band in front of the stage as usual. They will let Marie Curie
collect in the foyer, if we let them know in writing. Re charities for matinee: Libby will investigate Ôoutreach’
charities which offer drama workshops to kids in deprived areas; the Marie Curie hospice are interested; Tony
suggestes that the YMCA would be able to use all their allocation by splitting it between their youth groups.
Qudos is booked from 6.30pm on Sunday and will cost £5/hr. Beth says we can flier at her STAG show the
week before. We should remember to flier other shows after Christmas. Libby asked the committee to make
sure cast members aren’t scared of drama exercises. “Lack of communication” was discussed yet again at this
point. At no time during this discussion was any salient information actually communicated to anyone.
