Correspondence

• Adele phoned the British Council – we have money!!!
• Lorna sneezed
• Adele gave us £200 from Curlers, it was given to Nicky
• Ed got an email from David Glover re:his production. 6-11 August, Ed will organise a trip
• Karen from Marie Curie spoke to Adele – we can sing in Buchanan Galleries but not on the 11th Sept.
• Anker Uhrenfelt and TeaterGruppenHexekedlen got their money
• Someone emailed suggesting we put on Cabaret
• We received an email from a gentleman who had written a medieval musical – The Palace. Ewan will get stuff from him.
• We received an email from Gareth Gaston he was very complimentary about the website and offered his services and general assistance for the 50th.

Matters Arising from Previous Meetings

• JP will probably do the props cupboard on Mon.
• Lorna brought the Social Diary and she informed us of the events on it.

Grease

• We should do T-shirts. Pink on Black, Lorna will contact the t-shirt people. Adele will speak to QUDOS people regarding getting money in exchange for having QUDOS written on them.
• Ian will chase up the rights people
• Nicky has done the poster. She will visit Ian and finish it off. She will also do the flyers.

• We need a budget meeting. Tony will be back late September, we suggest the 27th Sept.
• Ed will delay meeting the Assistant Director people till more people are back and able to check their email.
