Correspondence

  • Jo Odds e-mailed to ask how we want to split the costs for the Music Club concert
  • The Grosvenor Hilton have written to “Moira” at the Forest of Fun, to confirm the Dinner Dance specs.
  • Ewan…received some spam.
  • Tony hasn’t communicated the money back to the British Council
  • We need a project start date for the Glasgow City Council form and will need to complete a monitor-evalutaion report after the event.

Christmas Concerts

See e-mail above. The Buchanan Galleries will let us put up a show poster. We should get the show cast to come to the concerts.

Old People

We should sing for them again. Ali will find out who wants us on Sunday 16th.

Show

Tickets should be ready to be picked up tomorrow. A long discussion was had about how to encourage cast members to sell tickets: the usual argumetns were advanced. Ali will start trying to convince office parties to come. We’ll also e-mail the old list at some point.

Charities

We need one. Suggestions next week. Laura suggested inviting them to collect at the show.

AOCB

The nice man from the Universities Print Service said a poster would cost £35 for a square metre, regardless of what’s on it and offered to take cast photos in return for complimentary tickets.
