Freshers' Week

The posters should be printed tomorrow. Mark will provide rubber bands for the stall, Sophie the big cardboard box and a CD player. We will ask David Doig to furnish us with photographs. We will meet at the stall at 9am on Wednesday. Lorna will be late, but hopefully not too late as she's bringing the float.

Bugsy Malone

Laura needs help doing costume. We still need splurge guns. We will try and get boxing props etc. from the SRS. We will try and get the bar to run until the QM shuts as an after-show party. We will provide juice and biccies for rehearsals. If the Food Factory is shut on Sunday, it would make a useful rehearsal venue. There will be another production meeting this Sunday at 6pm in Western Court.

We will invite returning members to chat in the pub (i.e. not during rehearsals) on Tuesday 3rd October, in Jim's.
Tony will try once more to get us a phone line and a code for the photocopier in Western Court.
Ewan would like people to check the website for errors/omissions.
Our usual term-time booking for the QM has been fixed up until week 4.
Anne and Nicola have agreed a date to request the Anything Goes materials.
Robbie's final going away party is in the Hogshead at 7pm tomorrow.
