Commitee Meeting Minutes

Minutes – 18-01-04

This meeting was held in order to cover stuff on the agenda we didn’t finish on Thursday.

Weekend Away

  • dates– 26th – 28th of March
  • We spent a while deciding on which three/four to limit our choices down to based on size, location, fun things to do etc.
  • How many we could get in a mini bus was also an issue as we might not have enough SRC drivers.
  • The four we have limited down to are:
    • Indiree centre
    • Aite Chruinnichidh
    • One in the Yorkshire Dales
    • “ “ “ Lake District
  • (BEN, EWAN, CATE) Phone places they looked up to find out exact info such as bedding, availability etc, and we will then make final decision on Thursday.
  • Jobs people are in charge of for weekend away:
    • Booking (BEN)
    • Transport (LUCY)
    • Food and Drink (CATE)
    • Activities day (JP & ELIZA)
    • Activities Fri night (BEN & CATE)
    • Activities Saturday night (EDWARD & TONY)

    Burns night

    • Saturday 24th, sodding it!!! People won’t be at a loss without it a lot of hassle to organise for next week

    Photcopying

    • It is not the company managers job (this has now be confirmed!), it has also been established that it will only have to be done at a time sometime between the Sunday and the Thursday – no orders will be taken on Thursday to be done for Sunday as it is not feasible, Ali agreed at first but then realised he won’t be there on Sundays, so Kathryn will do it, in fact she is desperate to do it as she has been saying she will the whole discussion!

    Production team attendance at meetings

    • The production team will now be receiving minutes, and therefore if there is anything purely about guys and dolls that the committee have discussed that they would wish to discuss further or anything they wish to discuss that the committee haven’t could they please email previously so we can add them to the agenda to discuss these issues at the end of meetings after all other committee business has been discussed by the committee. (I feel I over used the word ‘discuss’ in that last paragraph, but can’t be arsed to change it!)
