    • We should update our spiel on the Qm website.
    • Marianne will take the minibus test when she has time. David and Lucy were suggested also.
    • We should get money from the Music Club when they're organised - possibly a third of profit.
  • JP has suggested another link for the website

  • The Riverside Club was good fun. Let's go again on Feb 2nd.
  • We should return scores by registered post in case they get lost.

The Show

There is a principals' rehearsal schedule for the rest of January. Chorus attendance is better than this time last year. There will be 'catch-up' dancing rehearsals at 6pm on Sundays and Thursdays, which Libby has agreed to take. The set has been altered slightly and is now cheaper. Fraser says we need to buy tools to build the set. We will get 2 drill/screwdrivers for £40 in the Argos sale. This will be a society expense, not from the tech budget. We need to find a charity soon. David has a T-shirt design. Susan will take numbers and deal with the printer. The programme might cost in the region of £200. We will charge £1 each. We will start having mini committee meetings on Sundays again 6.30pm. We need to sell around 1160 tickets to break even. We will meet at 2pm in Western Court to do poster things on Sunday.

Social

  • Burns Night: Friday 26th at Ewan's flat. œ5 per head. The haggis will be addressed. (in case we lose it)
  • Dinner Dance arrangements are under way.
  • Show week:
    • David Glover has offered his flat every night of show week. But it's in Ibrox.
    • Sally has offered her flat for the last night.
    • Rachael and Laura will host the curry night.
    • Robbie suggested we have a superbowl party.
  • It's Susan's 20th Birthday on Saturday (20th January).
Meeting Closed at 6.58pm
