- The Theatre Guild want our crate next week. Tony will deal.
Christmas Concerts
...will be conducted by JP. Rehearsals on Sundays, beginning the 28th October. The Childline concert is
Monday 3rd December, Music Club is on Tuesday 11th and Jenny Witham has asked if will sing carols in the
g12 foyer at STAG's one-act play festival (6-8th December).
How to Succeed
We will ask the Mitchell to print us 1800 tickets. We should flyer people going in to other similar shows e.g. at
the King's. We filled out the box office set up form. We will need to ask Sarah what contact details she would
like on the publicity material.
AOCB
- Anne commented on the chatter during rehearsals and pointed out that the old members were still the worst.
- The Country Dance society won't organise a ceilidh with three societies. We'll speak to STAG and see what
they want.
- We should have outings to Pirates of Penzance, Annie Get Your Gun and Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.
- Do we want the Danish people to come later in the year? No.
- The Grease scores and costumes were both returned late. Ewan worried that we're being disorganised. Tony
suggested there may be a "lack of communication".
- Ed wants to cut down on social announcements and suggest they all be e-mailed to him in advance of
rehearsals.
- Gregor is involved with a concert on 3rd November and would like to borrow Western Court for a rehearsal in
the week before, if no one minds. No one does.
