  • Make-up from the party shop will cost £5.50 per pancake: 1 should do 40 faces (possibly more).
  • The material hire has not been confirmed, but is a best guess based on Ian's phone call to Musicscope.
  • Fraser is happy to work with David Glover, but hiring Malcolm for an afternoon would save days' work.

AOCB

  • We have received some spam e-mail about on-line poker.
  • Johnny shouldn't have to go in to hospital for an operation - we wish him well.
  • Tony would like to remove the bar from Western Court asap.
  • Tony may have a contact who can help us get the Bugsy costumes dry-cleaned
  • Karen has sent a letter to the Trades House asking for sponsorship.
  • The poster is mostly done and will be ready before the Christmas concert.
  • The Music Club are interested in having a joint ceilidh. We will invite them to the Renfrew Ferry instead.
  • They are booking the College Club for after the concert and would like us to pay half the deposit, which will be recovered from the ticket money.
  • Murder Mystery night: Sam will get a list of names tonight. We will organise a bar and a buffet in Committee Room 2. The committee rooms have been booked from 5pm until midnight. The event will start at 7 for 7.30pm and be finished by about 9.30pm. We will charge £5 per person, of which we will spend £2 on food.
  • Ian pointed out that the 50th Anniversary is in October 2002, and so the spring show should perhaps not be the focus of the celebrations. It would be a good opportunity to do a Gilbert and Sullivan summer show.

Meeting Closed at 6.54pm
