Cecilian Society Committee Meeting Minutes, 14th December 2000, QM

Meeting Opened at 6.24pm

Correspondence

We have received our first ticket order for the show, following the Childline concert.
We have had a Christmas card from Robbie and Beth.
The honarary members’ Christmas cards are now signed. Susan will post them.

Carol Concert

The wine and mince pies went down well at the Music Club. About 80 people turned up and we made a very tiny profit. We will try to continue the concert party after the show, probably on Wednesday nights.

Murder Mystery

...was jolly good fun. We probably made money, but we don’t know how much since Sam’s not here. Many thanks to Sam and Karen for organising the event and to Tony and Mark for the use of their flat for food preparation.

Anything Goes

Tonight will be an ordinary rehearsal. We will introduce a register after Christmas to find out who isn’t turning up. We have rooms booked for rehearsals on Tuesday, Wednsday, Thursday and Sunday nights from week 2. The tickets have now been printed

The Hogmanay party will not be at Lorna’s, but at Tony and Mark’s (since Mark will be away)
