Cecilian Society Committee Meeting, 10/6/01, Western Court

Meeting Opened at 7.15pm

Correspondence

  • David Glover has priced radio mics: a set of 5 will cost £4286. We would also have to acquire and maintain a wireless communications licence.
  • Tad is having a farewell party on Tuesday.
  • We'll try and have the Grease video night a week on Wednesday, and sing songs from the show at choir the next day.

Spring Show

Annie Get Your Gun, The Mikado and Carousel were removed from the shortlist since they were no one's first choice. A straw poll was taken at the start of the discussion and those with an opinion wanted to do either Fiddler on the Roof or How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. After comparison, it was decided that next year's show should be How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying .
