2013 Chengdu Celebration Reception

Professor Anton Muscatelli, Principal and Vice-Chancellor, invites you to join fellow alumni and guests for a special evening reception on Friday 17 May 2013 at the Shangri-La Hotel.

The purpose of the evening is to celebrate the partnership activity between the University of Glasgow and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, with particular reference to the launch of the new joint degree programme in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.

The event will be an opportunity to celebrate the strengthening relationship between both institutions, socialise with Glasgow alumni from the local area, meet old friends and new and to hear the latest news. The evening will include:

•    Arrival from 6.30pm
•    Welcome and University update from Professor Anton Muscatelli
•    Drinks and cocktail buffet, with time to mingle

Please note that there is no ticket charge for alumni of the University however all reservations must be made in advance. Guests tickets, costing RMB190 per person, can be purchased online.  Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
