We also reserve the right to remove posts containing any and all links.
In addition, the University of Glasgow upholds the Terms of Service standards administered by any of our social media accounts and encourages all users to report content and users that they find abusive or inappropriate.
Monitoring
The University’s Media Relations team monitor the University’s official Twitter and Facebook accounts, although there are numerous other University-affiliated accounts administered by various services and societies around campus.
The Media Relations team will endeavor to respond to all reasonable enquiries made via our Facebook and Twitter sites as soon as possible, although unfortunately the University cannot guarantee a response to every enquiry we receive. We do however encourage discussion and debate and welcome other users who wish to provide further information.
Our official Facebook and Twitter accounts will be monitored frequently between the hours of 9.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday. If you require an urgent response outside of these hours, please refer to the contact details on our website.
