Christine Barr is Director of Human Resources (Acting).

Her role is to provide strategic input into the way the University recruits, develops and rewards staff members: this means looking at trends and legislation, analysing their potential effect on the way the University leads its people, and ensuring the development and implementation of policies which allow all members of staff to make good use of their talents and skills.
